Casona de Meruelo is a Casona-Palace built during the 17th Century, included in the Cultural files of Cantabrian Historical Houses, that has been transformed in a comfortable hotel with twelve different decorated rooms. We also offer other lounges and places to read or to have a quite and nice stay. This hotel is member of the "CLUB DE CALIDAD CANTABRIA INFINITA" from 2001.

 

   It is located at the top of Meruelo valley, one of the most beautiful landscape of the East Coast of Cantabria, where it is possible to have a nice time in the beach or have a walk in the country-side.

 

   Casona de Meruelo has been decorated by their owners, to continue with the character of the building, but at the same time giving a modern look with light colours, new clothes, details..... and the result has been a warm, housing and comfortable place to expend your holidays or just a weekend.

 

   The hotel has more than 4000 m2 of garden with fruit trees, a heated covered swimming pool and a paddle tennis court.

 

  

 

 

 

   We also have an independent room for  30 people with internet connection,  where to have business meetings, sports conventions or different events, as wedding celebrations. In each case, we can adequate it to your necessities, hire audiovisual equipments,  organize activities, make reservations, etc.
